Is Digidang a legitimate place to buy game keys?

Digidang is a comparison and guide site, not a key shop. Every Buy Now button on our 308 product pages opens a matching search on G2A through our affiliate link, and Digidang may earn a commission when you buy there. The final price, the seller and the order itself all live on G2A, not on Digidang.

Where do the game keys come from?

Digidang holds no key stock and has no publisher or distributor agreements. The keys you reach through our links are listed by independent sellers on G2A. Before paying, open the listing and check the seller's rating and number of completed sales, the platform, and the region label. If the seller looks new or unrated, pick another offer.

Who processes my payment, and is my card data safe?

Digidang does not take payments and never sees your card details. Payment happens on G2A's own checkout page. The cart on digidang.com is only a shortlist tool and does not charge anything. Before typing card or e-wallet details, confirm the address bar shows g2a.com with a padlock, not a lookalike domain.

What warranty and refund policy applies to my purchase?

Because the order is placed on G2A, warranty, refunds and disputes follow G2A's policy for that listing, not a Digidang guarantee. Read the listing terms before paying and keep your order confirmation email. Digidang cannot issue refunds for G2A orders, but you can email admin@digidang.com and we will point you to the right channel.

How can I check that a game key is genuine?

Only the official platform can confirm a key. Redeem it in Steam (Games, Activate a Product), redeem.microsoft.com for Xbox, or the PlayStation Store redeem page. A genuine key adds the game to your library straight away. An error such as invalid or already used means the key failed, so screenshot it for your dispute.

How do I make sure a key works in my country?

Read the region label on the listing before you pay. Global keys activate in most countries, while keys marked EU, US or another region can be rejected elsewhere. Are the prices on Digidang the prices I will pay?

Not always. Prices on Digidang are reference prices collected for comparison, and marketplace prices change during the day. The amount you actually pay is the one shown on the G2A checkout, including any service fee G2A adds. If the difference matters to you, compare the final total on G2A before you confirm payment.
