Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Digidang.com and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.
Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to make a purchase.
Purchases and Digital Delivery
All products on Digidang.com are digital goods (game keys, gift cards, in-game items, and software codes) delivered electronically to the email on your order, usually instantly after payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Once a valid code is delivered and revealed, the sale is generally considered complete; see our Refund Policy for exceptions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the marketplace. In particular, you must not:
- resell or redistribute purchased codes in violation of the publisher's terms;
- use stolen payment methods, commit fraud, or attempt chargebacks on valid orders;
- scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the site;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Digidang name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Digidang.com and protected by applicable laws. Game titles, brand names, and artwork shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The marketplace is provided "as is". While we work hard to verify every code and keep the site available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digidang.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law, Changes and Contact
