Overview
Because Digidang.com sells digital goods that are delivered instantly, refunds work differently than for physical products. This policy explains when a refund or replacement is available and how to request one. Our goal is simple: if a key you bought does not work and the fault is ours, we make it right.
When You Are Eligible
You may request a refund or a free replacement if:
- the code you received is invalid, already used, or region-locked in a way not clearly stated on the product page;
- you were charged but never received your digital key;
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
Requests for eligible issues must be made within 48 hours of delivery so we can verify the code with our supplier.
Non-Refundable Situations
To prevent abuse of digital goods, refunds are generally not available when:
- a valid code has been successfully redeemed or revealed and works as described;
- you changed your mind after the key was delivered;
- you purchased the wrong product, region, or platform despite the details shown at checkout;
- the issue is caused by your own account or device rather than the code itself.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at digidang.store@gmail.com or through the Contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. For "invalid code" claims, please include a screenshot of the error message so we can verify the key quickly.
Verification and Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we verify the code with our supplier, usually within 24 hours. If your request is approved, a replacement key is issued immediately, or a refund is returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback on a validly delivered and working code may result in your account being suspended while we resolve the matter. We are committed to fair, fast resolution and will always work with you first.
