How to Activate Your Game Key

After purchasing a game key or digital code from Digidang.com, activation takes just a few minutes. This guide covers step-by-step instructions for every major platform. If you run into issues, check our Troubleshooting section below.

Steam Key Activation

  1. Open the Steam desktop application (download from steampowered.com if needed)
  2. Click on Games in the top menu bar
  3. Select Activate a Product on Steam...
  4. Click Next, then agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement
  5. Enter your key in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX and click Next
  6. The game will be added to your Steam library immediately

Alternative: Go to store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey while logged in and enter your key there.

PlayStation (PSN) Key Activation

On PS4 / PS5 Console

  1. From the main menu, go to the PlayStation Store
  2. Scroll down to Redeem Codes in the left sidebar
  3. Enter your 12-character code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and press Confirm
  4. The content will be added to your account and available to download from your Library

On Web Browser

  1. Go to store.playstation.com and sign in to your PSN account
  2. Click your profile icon and select Redeem Codes
  3. Enter the code and click Redeem

Important: PlayStation codes are region-specific. A US PSN code only works on a US PSN account.

Xbox / Microsoft Store Key Activation

On Xbox Console

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide
  2. Go to Store, then select Use a code
  3. Enter your 25-character code (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
  4. The content will be added to your account

On PC (Windows)

  1. Open the Microsoft Store app and click your profile icon
  2. Select Redeem a code
  3. Or visit redeem.microsoft.com while signed in to your Microsoft account
  4. Enter your code and click Next

Nintendo eShop Key Activation

On Nintendo Switch

  1. From the Home Menu, open the Nintendo eShop
  2. Select your user account
  3. Scroll down and select Enter Code on the left
  4. Enter your 16-character code and press OK

On Web

  1. Go to my.nintendo.com/redeem and sign in
  2. Enter your code and click Confirm

Epic Games Key Activation

  1. Go to epicgames.com/redeem and sign in
  2. Enter your activation code and click Redeem
  3. The game will appear in your Epic Games Library
  4. Open the Epic Games Launcher to install it

Troubleshooting

"This code has already been redeemed"

If you purchased the key from Digidang.com and have never used it, contact digidang.store@gmail.com with your order number and a screenshot. We will investigate and provide a replacement within 48 hours.

"Invalid code" or "Code not recognized"

Double-check: letter O vs number 0, letter I vs number 1, no extra spaces, hyphens between segments. If still rejected after careful re-entry, contact our support team.

"This product is not available in your country"

This is a region lock. If you believe you purchased a global key that is being region-locked, contact us for a replacement or refund.

"Product already owned"

This means the game is already on your account. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for duplicate purchases. Please check your library before purchasing.
